Technical Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our client's team and lead the technical delivery of complex technology projects for enterprise clients.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at both the technical and strategic level—driving architecture and engineering decisions while working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate comes from a technology consulting or professional services environment and has experience leading complex technology initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation and delivery.

• Lead the technical direction and delivery of complex client engagements.

• Define and oversee software architecture, system design, integrations, APIs, and technical solutions.

• Translate business and client requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, establishing technical standards and best practices.

• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Evaluate technologies, architectures, and implementation approaches and make recommendations based on business and technical requirements.

• Drive initiatives across the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through implementation and production.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and develop strategies to address them.

• Establish best practices around CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and engineering quality.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support multiple workstreams and projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.

• 10+ years of experience in technology/software engineering, with significant experience in technical leadership.

• Previous experience in technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments.

• Experience at organizations such as EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or similar firms is highly valued.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Engineering Lead, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, APIs, cloud technologies, databases, and distributed systems.

• Experience leading complex enterprise technology projects from architecture through implementation.

• Strong ability to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Experience leading, mentoring, and providing technical direction to engineering teams.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced English.
