Rhumbix is seeking a customer-focused and technically capable Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations, drive customer adoption, and deliver operational value for our construction clients. • Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)

    • Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices

    • Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity

    • Data Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports so data flows flawlessly into systems like Sage and other ERPs

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developers

    Key Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
