    n this role you will be part of the Collins Aerospace central tariff mitigation team. This program manager role will lead efforts in our 232 metals mitigation work and supplier outreach efforts.

    What You Will Do :

    • Lead day‑to‑day coordination of tariff mitigation activities and serve as the central point of communication for the 232 metals and supplier outreach workstream.

    • Leads supplier relationships that enable mitigation of 232 duties. Maintains accurate and accessible repositories that allow brokers to identify and act on duty-mitigation opportunities. 

    • Ensure cross‑functional alignment across LCC, SC, Ops, Finance, and Engineering.

    • Track financial impacts, benefits, and exposure; partner with Finance to validate.

    • Flag risks early, drive issue resolution, and escalate through Collins’s tariff team and leadership as needed.

    • Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and decision summaries for leadership.

    • Monitors for regulatory updates and changes to eligibility criteria for duty exemption.

    • Maintain documentation: risk logs, action trackers, decision registers, and implementation plans.

    • Support development of standard work, playbooks, and templates to enable repeatable mitigation processes.

    • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

    • 3+ years program management, operations or supply chain experience

    • 3+ years experience in reporting and

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • PowerBI, SharePoint experience

    • U.S. Customs and tariff experience

    Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
