Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

We are looking for a motivated person to join the Ukraine Marketing team, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;

Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);

Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);

Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements;

Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization);

Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;

Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements:

Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus);

Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;

Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is a plus;
