The Field Training Manager (FTM) trains Business Development Managers (BDMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Practice Development Managers (PDMs) to support qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics. In coordination with the Director of Field Training Management, Senior National Training Managers, Marketing, and Sales Management, the FTM delivers advanced product messaging and business-development training, monitors skill progression from entry-level to senior sales roles, and supports the Aesthetics Portfolio.

The role executes sales directives and training programs across assigned Area geographies; supports new-hire onboarding and development needs; facilitates Field Sales Training (FST) initiatives; and contributes to the national training plan as part of the marketing planning process.
