    Summary

    Step into a role where your commercial instincts, customer focus, and organizational strength directly shape business growth. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the center of customer engagement, opportunity development, and sales execution—partnering closely with cross‑functional teams and owning key customer relationships.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive lead and opportunity development Proactively identify, create, and follow up on new business opportunities, ensuring a healthy and dynamic sales pipeline.

    • Own the sales contract process Manage contract creation and implementation with precision, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with customer needs.

    • Build strong customer relationships Serve as a trusted point of contact through consistent communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

    • Grow existing accounts Spot and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that expand revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

    • Manage the quoting process Prepare accurate quotes, coordinate internal approvals, and follow up to keep momentum moving toward closure.

    • Keep sales activity organized and transparent Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress.

    • Maintain CRM data quality Ensure customer and business master data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

    • Track performance metrics Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to support forecasting and continuous improvement.

    • Deliver customer and market insights Provide reporting and analytics that help guide strategic decisions and identify emerging trends.

    • Collaborate across functions Contribute to multi‑functional teams working on customer application development and solution innovation.

    • Own your customer portfolio Take full sales management responsibility for assigned accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    General Tasks

    Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management and occupational safety.

     

    Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience

    • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and maintaining high‑quality data

    • Background in B2B environments is a plus, especially in technical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors

    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

    • Fluent English and German language capability

    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

    • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

    • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

     

     

    Travel Requirements
