    Voltus is seeking an innovative Project Engineer to join our Field Operations Team, supporting our continued growth. This remote role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and engaging in high-level technical discussions with customers. Our team is dedicated to maximizing customer participation in demand response programs through expert load curtailment strategies and proprietary hardware enablement.
    Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end installation execution projects, including metering and product enablement. Maintain hardware throughout life-cycle

  2. Technical Strategy: Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.

  4. Process Improvement: Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.

  5. Compliance: Ensure all materials, installations, and technologies meet rigorous industry and market standards.

  6. Qualifications
  7. Education: Bachelor in Engineering/Technical related field or relevant work experience

  8. Work Experience: 2 years with Bachelor or 6+ years relevant work experience

  9. Core Competencies: Results-driven, analytical, and highly motivated team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  10. Technical Expertise: Experience in hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.

  11. Software Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce.

  12. Preferred Skills: PMP certification; background in electrical, HVAC, or industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, data analysis; proficiency in reading/drawing electrical schematics.
