Engineering Consultant (Tradefill)

TradeFill is building an audit-first trading platform — combining audit, replay, and execution — designed for prop firms, and serious futures traders. We're looking to bring in a small group of senior engineers and architects to provide short, paid consultations on how to architect our core trading functions. 1–2 focused conversations to tap into expertise you've built working on real trading infrastructure, and we're specifically looking for a range of perspectives from people who've tackled similar problems at different companies.

Who we're looking for:

• Senior-level experience (architect, principal engineer, tech lead, head of engineering, or product engineer) at a trading platform such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Project X, CQG, Rithmic, or similar
• Direct hands-on experience with the early or active development stages of such a platform — not just maintaining a mature system
• Experience across multiple trading platforms/companies is a strong plus

What we'll consult on
Architecture of core trading functions, primarily:

• Risk plan configuration & enforcement
• Order management
• Fills & matching
• Market data and events/streaming
