    Job Description

    Candidates MUST reside in Rosario.

    Provides high-level technical expertise in the post-sales lifecycle, including the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mission-critical communication systems. Ensures that complex, large-scale solutions (e.g., LMR P25, TETRA, Microwave) are fully functional according to strict performance and safety specifications. Acts as a key technical between internal engineering teams, third-party service providers, and the customer. 

    Core Responsibilities

    • System Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of core radio and infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability standards.

    • Infrastructure Design: Define system specificati8ons, server infrastructure, capacity planning, and networking protocols (IP/RF).

    • Field Engineering: Conduct site surveys, manage tower/shelter requirements, and execute complex RF/Microwave link installations.

    • Project Governance: Develop technical, tactical, and strategic plans; provide feasibility determination and ensure ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) compliance.

    • Technical Support: Serve as an expert escalation point for field issues; disseminate technical information to internal and customer personnel.

    Ideal Candidate Profile (Technical Competencies)

    • RF Engineering: RFDS principles, antenna/cable systems, combiners, multi-couplers, and lightning protection.

    • Mission Critical Portfolio: Proven experience with Motorola Solutions or equivalent LMR ecosystems (ASTRO 25, TETRA, HF, DMR).

    • Networking & Integration: Deep understanding of the OSI model and network protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, SIP, RTP, SNMP, NAT). Ability to design and troubleshoot IP architectures within secure environments.

    • System Architecture: Proficiency in server infrastructure (VMware ESXi, Linux, Windows Server) and hardware/software integration via APIs.

    • Cybersecurity: Knowledge of security best practices, encryption, port security, and certificate-based authentication for critical infrastructure.

    • Site Construction: Experience in the construction of remote communication sites (grounding, compound development, tower/shelter requirements).

    • Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, Nokia NRS1, or PMP/ITIL methodologies are highly valued.

    Basic Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.

    • Driving license is mandatory

    • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in critical communication systems or mission-critical IT infrastructure.

    • Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and oral) is highly desirable

    • Mobility: Availability to travel (25% - 50%) to support remote sites and customer installations.

    • Professional Profile: Proactive customer service mindset, autonomy to drive outcomes, and ability to handle increasing project responsibilities.
