Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
As the Professional Services Consulting Manager (EMEA), you won’t just manage a team—you’ll be a primary architect of our regional growth. We’re looking for a high-impact leader to partner with our Strategic Sales teams, bringing Wrike’s value into C-suite conversations and scoping complex delivery engagements that drive real ROI.
This is a true "player-coach" role reporting to Wrike’s global head of Professional Services. You will mentor a high-performing team to master the art of trust-building while personally overseeing the skills development and capacity planning that keeps our EMEA operations seamless. If you thrive on balancing high-level strategy with hands-on team development, you’ll fit right in.
While your primary focus will be on our EMEA team and customers, there will also be opportunities to collaborate on global customer engagements and internal projects to evolve the Wrike platform as a whole.
Location & Travel: This role is based in Ireland and offers the flexibility of being fully remote or hybrid. Some travel will be required for both internal and customer events; the frequency will vary based on business needs.
Your Impact:
- By driving a culture of ownership: Empowering your team to proactively identify and solve delivery bottlenecks.
- By scaling product excellence: Ensuring your team masters Wrike’s technical functionality and can translate requirements into high-value business outcomes.
- By being a Strategic Partner: Working alongside Sales to position Wrike’s services as a competitive advantage, leading the scoping and selling of enterprise-grade engagements.
- By removing friction: Acting as the ultimate unblocker for your team, navigating risks, and managing regional resource capacity.
- By fostering innovation: Thinking creatively to adapt Wrike’s methodology to the diverse business cultures within the EMEA region.
Your Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a formal people leadership or "team lead" capacity.
- A proven track record of leading complex software rollouts within large enterprise organizations.
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong experience in Business Process Mapping and translating technical requirements into executive-level value propositions.
- A "customer-first" mindset and a genuine passion for improving how teams work.
Standout Qualities:
- Prior experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm or a high-growth SaaS provider.
- Certifications: PROSCI, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with REST APIs, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), or middleware like Workato/Make to discuss automation and integrations.
- Multilingualism: Fluency in a second European language (German or French is a plus).
