You’ll work closely with Regional Directors to align on strategy, budget allocations, and priorities—this role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management making a real impact on how we execute our Growth.

    What you'll do:
  1. Own UA growth strategy and execution for Airalo (app-first), where performance marketing is a primary lever.

  2. Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual performance marketing budget, including forecasting, pacing, and scaling decisions, in close collaboration with Regional Directors to ensure alignment and confidence.

  3. Lead Paid Performance Marketing across various channels (e.g., Social, Google UAC, and others at scale: oversee campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding/optimization, and ongoing iteration to hit CPI/CPS and growth goals.

  4. Own measurement and reporting: weekly performance reads, deep dives, and insights that translate into clear actions; strong understanding of iOS/mobile measurement nuances and constraints.

  5. Maintain exceptional campaign hygiene: naming conventions, QA, structure, guardrails, geo/creative rotation, budget reallocation, and performance monitoring.

  6. Partner cross-functionally with Regional Directors, Data Science, Creative Strategists, Influencer/Brand, Product, and external agencies to unlock incremental growth.

  7. Present to senior leadership: deliver monthly executive-level business reviews for your regions, clearly communicating what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

  8. What you'll bring:
  9. 7+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition for mobile apps, ideally in competitive categories or scaled environments (travel experience a plus).

  10. Deep expertise in Meta and Google UAC (app acquisition), and any other relevant performance marketing channel, including creative testing at scale and structured optimization practices.

  11. Experience managing large budgets (ideally $20M+ annually or comparable scale) with strong forecasting and pacing discipline.

  12. Strong stakeholder management experience, comfortable partnering with Director/VP-level stakeholders.

  13. Strong analytical skillset and fluency in performance KPIs (CPI, CPS, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV).

  14. Strong understanding of mobile attribution + iOS measurement realities (SKAN/privacy impacts, signal loss, incrementality thinking).

  15. Extremely detail-oriented and loves being in-platform—campaign hygiene is a must-have.

  16. Familiarity with tools like Adjust (or other MMPs), Looker, BigQuery, and experimentation/incrementality frameworks.
