    Qualifications:

    Five to eight years of sales and marketing experience in the chemical industry, including three years focused on sales management in the rubber and related products sector.

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

    Assertive, articulate, and goal-oriented, with excellent business acumen, judgment, and strong organizational and planning skills.

    Experience managing within a complex distributorship environment.
