Location: Remote (Must be located near Indianapolis, IN)

Department/Specialty: Accounts Payable

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range: $21.31-$28.84 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Process, research, and resolve supplier invoice exceptions to facilitate timely payments.

• Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way matching for invoice processing.

• Knowledge of processing invoices utilizing purchase orders.

• Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve complex invoice exception issues

• Review supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with open invoices

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Experience with Microsoft Windows, multi-screen setups, and web browser navigation
• Ability to complete training and perform duties in a remote workstation environment
• Strong self-discipline, organization, and ability to work independently
