As a Territory Manager, you will drive commercial success across Belgium & Luxembourg by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business within the vascular market. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, helping advance vascular therapies and supporting improved patient outcomes.
This is a field-based role requiring clinical engagement, commercial ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Drive territory growth by acquiring new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across the vascular portfolio
Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize product adoption and achieve business objectives
Build partnerships with physicians, interventional specialists, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders across Belgium & Luxembourg
Provide procedural support, product demonstrations, and clinical expertise during customer evaluations and cases
Deliver customer education and training to support the successful adoption of vascular therapies
Identify opportunities to expand therapy utilization and support customers in integrating new technologies into clinical practice
Leverage market developments and reimbursement opportunities to accelerate portfolio growth
Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and commercial colleagues to support territory objectives and customer success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
3-5 years of sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry
Experience in vascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology, radiology, or other procedure-driven markets
Experience engaging physicians and hospital stakeholders within a clinical environment
Track record of developing business opportunities and growing customer accounts
Ability to combine clinical understanding with a commercially focused approach
Relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage a field-based territory
Fluent Dutch and English language skills; French is considered an advantage
Valid driver's license
