    This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil. Note: this is a long-term Independent Contractor position.

    What you'll do
  1. Design and ship production grade AI agents for insurance workflows where latency, observability and reliability are non-negotiable
  2. Shape the architecture of a platform complex enough to challenge even the best engineers
  3. Partner with product to ship secure, user friendly features that tackle complex models and calculations
  4. Own the creation and maintenance of unit tests, using AI assisted testing to increase coverage and reduce defect rates
  5. Solve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges that keep our systems running at peak efficiency
  6. Work with a team that gets genuinely excited about what they're building and can't wait to share it
  7. Actively track emerging AI tooling and bring concrete recommendations back to the team
    8. What you’ll bring
  8. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  9. 5+ years of experience in Python web development
  10. 3+ years with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  11. 3+ years of SaaS product development, including cloud based solutions
  12. 3+ years of hands on experience with Django or another Python framework
  13. 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs
  14. Daily, deliberate use of agentic AI coding tools such as: Claude, Cursor, Codex
  15. Proven ability to direct AI agents on multi file, long horizon tasks
  16. Hands on experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React
  17. Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS
  18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    19. Bonus points
  19. 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup
  20. Experience with spec driven development: using AI to generate tests, scaffolding or architecture from requirements
  21. Hands on experience building production AI agents or multi-step LLM pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
  22. Proven use of Agent Teams in Claude Code, multi agent orchestration via Codex, or similar parallel agentic workflows
