Job Summary

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing support to the provider recruitment and contracting process to ensure strategic coverage of providers for assigned territory. Develop knowledge of products, contracting language and negotiations skills. Responsibilities include small to mid-size contract negotiations for physicians and physician groups. Developing and maintaining relationships with providers. This role will also provide support for complex hospital and physician contracting activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years managed care operations experience handling independent work.

• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

• Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.

• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.

• Analytical skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management

• Advance experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Co-pilot

• Experience with spreadsheets, claims data, and market trends

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
