    Regional Account Manager - Facilities Supplies, Multifamily (Mid-Atlantic US)

    Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Regional Account Manager to focus on Multifamily management companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the US.

    Position Objective

    Acquire and develop our regional customer base. Specifically focused on growing sales through reinforcement of sales management practices and developing a long term plan that will meet the customers’ needs and our sales, profitability and productivity goals.

    Location: This is a remote role that will support the Mid-Atlantic US Region. Must be in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the US, preferably in Virginia, DC, or Maryland.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Engages small to mid-sized companies within a pre-defined territory of our focus vertical markets.
    • Build relationships with key contact with their HQ based in the Region.
    • Execute contracts with management companies within the Multifamily industry.
    • Partners with strategic accounts to develop and maintain an effective long-term relationship.
    • Build and implement strategic sales plans with Field Directors, SSMs, BDMs and TMs to drive
    • property level activation and share of wallet growth.
    • Provides feedback, reporting and sales opportunities to the field sales management team
    • Reviews and assesses the integration and simplification of sales and customer service systems and processes.
    • Effective at prospecting, lead tracking, sales and customer service, provides inputs to the development of processes.
    • Implement detailed account analysis, quarterly customer business reviews and evaluation of customer needs.
    • Develop relationships with key vendors which meet branch and corporate objectives
    • Customer retention through monthly financial reviews, project management and execution of the program strategy
    • Organize and participate in trade shows, customer activities, and Multifamily organizations within the region.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Sales Management experience and/or extensive sales experience calling on the Multifamily industry.
    • Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and new prospects.
    • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.

    Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

    $5,175.00 - $11,275.00

    Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

    This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
