For our Barcelona Head Office, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support both on-site and remotely for laboratory equipment installed in diagnostic laboratories
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance and extraordinary maintenance on equipments supplied to public and private laboratories
- Perform software and hardware updates for the installed equipments
- Enter relevant information into the company database to track interventions and monitor KPIs
- Maintain the spare parts stock properly
Qualifications
- Technical-scientific diploma or degree in engineering or related technical fields experience
- Proven experience in maintenance and calibration of medical devices of 3-5 years
- Familiarity with quality systems, especially ISO9001
- Availability for frequent travel within the country
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish
- Problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach
