    We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Administrator with deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to lead the day-to-day management, configuration, and strategic optimization of our marketing automation ecosystem.

    As our SFMC technical authority, you will partner with marketing leadership to architect scalable journeys, harden platform governance, and drive continuous improvement across our MarTech stack. You will ensure platform stability, own complex data integrations, and mentor a global team of administrators to execute high-impact campaigns.
     

    What You’ll Do

    System Administration & Governance

    • Serve as the primary SFMC Admin across all business units, managing user accounts, role-based permissions, and security settings.

    • Oversee multi-Business Unit configurations and maintain overall platform health.

    Architecting Workflows & Integrations

    • Design, build, and optimize complex Journey Builder flows, Automation Studio workflows, and triggered sends.

    • Own the troubleshooting of data integrations between SFMC, Salesforce CRM (via Marketing Cloud Connect), and upstream data systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

    Data & Audience Management

    • Oversee the SFMC data model, including Data Extensions, SQL query activities, and Contact Builder relationships.

    • Ensure strict data hygiene, suppression governance, and accurate targeting for all global sends.

    Advanced Support & Enablement

    • Lead Content Builder strategy, providing advanced support for AMPscript-driven personalization and dynamic email design systems.

    • Act as the principal technical point of contact for our global user community, mentoring junior administrators and providing platform best practices.

    Innovation & Strategy

    • Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging capabilities such as Marketing Cloud Next, Personalization Builder, and Einstein AI.

    • Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to inform build-vs-buy decisions and platform roadmaps.
