Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration within business processes and workflows. Gather requirements, define scalable solution architectures, develop implementation roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.
Establish and maintain enterprise AI governance, including responsible AI policies, prompting standards, model lifecycle management, security controls, data privacy practices, and compliance guidelines.
Serve as the internal AI champion by promoting awareness, sharing best practices and successful use cases, creating enablement resources, and helping teams confidently adopt AI technologies.
Lead organizational AI adoption and change management initiatives by identifying barriers, collecting employee feedback, and partnering with Talent Development and Employee Engagement teams to deliver effective training and enablement programs.
Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on AI architecture, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, data engineering, or enterprise systems, including microservices, distributed systems, enterprise data integration, and strong programming fundamentals.
Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI, Gemini, AI agents, APIs, vector databases, and modern machine learning infrastructure.
Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, automation platforms, analytics, and software development lifecycle concepts.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while effectively communicating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments is highly valued.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
