In this role, you will serve as a hands-on technical resource on OneStream implementation projects, focusing on system integrations, business rule development, and technical architecture, partnering closely with US-based teams to build scalable, high-performing EPM solutions.
What You'll Do
Technical Delivery & Development
Provide hands-on development throughout all phases of OneStream implementations, including business rule development, data integration, metadata configuration, and technical testing
Design and build integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) using connectors, ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Develop and maintain data models, cube views, dashboards, and custom workflows within the OneStream platform
Translate functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client architecture standards
Perform complex data validations, resolve data variance and business rule issues, and ensure compliance with design and process requirements
Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring solutions align with client objectives
Managed Services & Support
Provide technical post-go-live support across managed services engagements, including break/fix resolution, system enhancements, and performance optimization
Support recurring close cycle activities from a technical perspective, troubleshooting integration and data issues as they arise
Maintain technical documentation including integration specs, data flow diagrams, and configuration records
AI & Innovation
Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
Stay informed about emerging AI tools, automation techniques, and EPM platform capabilities; collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
What You'll Bring
4+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience, including business rule writing in VB.NET or C# and technical configuration
Experience designing and building system integrations into EPM platforms, including ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle, Workday), ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata structures, and EPM architecture concepts
Experience with other EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive) is a strong plus
5–7 years of experience in a technical consulting, financial systems, or EPM development role
Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or similar discipline
Provides customized finance, accounting, human capital management, risk, operations and technology consulting services to leading organizations facing complex change.
