    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Execute operational and maintenance tasks for wind turbines across customer-owned wind farms in the assigned region, ensuring reliable and seamless functionality.
    • Perform corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including repair and replacement of electronic components, motors, brushes, and other parts as required.
    • Deliver high-quality service solutions to customers, covering operations, SCADA, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall support for wind energy products.
    • Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities proactively to ensure optimal turbine performance and availability.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as ROC, sourcing, and engineering to resolve site technical issues effectively.
    • Support wind energy projects as needed, performing duties within the scope of operations and maintenance.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of technical reports, service records, and other business documentation.
    • Assist in and maintain basic knowledge of major component replacement activities.
    • Work comfortably at heights while performing operations and maintenance tasks.
    • Carry out inspection and realization of internal and external components in wind turbines.
    • Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, analyze undesirable trends, and document findings for improvement.
    • Comply with work instructions, regulatory and compliance guidelines, and company EHS standards and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, or Mechanical).
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in wind turbine field service or wind project execution.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English for effective customer interaction and clear documentation.
    • Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
    • Strong customer service mindset.
    • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Experience in onshore wind service operations.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
    • Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
    • Exposure to sourcing and supplier qualification processes.
    • Experience with SQDC, Quality audits, Kaizen, and PDR activities.
