    Overview

Remote | Preference for Chicagoland Area (Lake Forest, IL Proximity)

    Define What Great Looks Like.

At Reynolds Consumer Products, we believe great hiring doesn't happen by accident. It happens when skilled Talent Acquisition professionals partner closely with business leaders, challenge conventional thinking, leverage market intelligence, and bring discipline to every hiring decision.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to do exactly that.

This role represents an individual contributor within our Talent Acquisition organization and serves as the benchmark for excellence across the function. You'll lead complex, high-impact searches, influence senior stakeholders, mentor recruiting teammates, and help shape how Talent Acquisition is practiced across the company. This is not a requisition management role. This is a strategic advisory role for someone who sees Talent Acquisition as a business function, not an administrative process. If you thrive on solving difficult talent challenges, influencing without authority, and helping leaders make better hiring decisions, we'd love to talk with you.

    Responsibilities

Serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor

Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities and translate them into talent strategies that drive results. Lead thoughtful intake discussions, define success profiles, challenge assumptions, and help stakeholders gain clarity around what exceptional talent looks like.

    Lead Complex Searches

Own high-impact recruiting efforts across professional, functional, technical, operational, and leadership roles. Develop market-informed search strategies that attract exceptional talent while balancing speed, quality, and long-term organizational fit.

Bring Talent Market Intelligence to the Table

Provide leaders with meaningful insights on talent availability, competitive hiring practices, geographic trends, compensation expectations, and emerging workforce dynamics. Help the business make informed decisions using data rather than assumptions.

    Elevate Hiring Decisions

Guide hiring teams through structured, competency-based selection processes that improve quality of hire and create more consistent hiring outcomes. Serve as an expert in candidate assessment, talent evaluation, and interview strategy.

    Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences

Build meaningful relationships with candidates while delivering a recruiting experience that reflects our values and strengthens our employer brand. Communicate with professionalism, transparency, and urgency throughout the hiring process.

Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition

Contribute to the evolution of recruiting practices, tools, and processes across Reynolds. Mentor fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, share best practices, and help elevate the overall capability of the function.
