    ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior Data Quality Engineer in Ukraine, Poland or Croatia.
    ABOUT PROJECT
    Our customer is a renewable energy company engaged in renewable power generation, the production of sustainable biomass, and the sale of renewable electricity to businesses. British zero-carbon power generation company which basically owns a few power plants and supports businesses aimed at distributing the electricity to the market.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Data validation techniques (row counts, checksums, before/after comparisons)
    • Good understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
    • Experience with at least one RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
    • Regression testing approach for DB-dependent applications
    • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Azure Test Plans)
    • Bug tracking (Azure DevOps)
    • Familiarity with version control (Git)
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how DB changes get deployed (e.g., Azure DevOps)
    • Strong API testing skills
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results
  2. Use tests administration, monitoring, and management tools
  3. Participate in test environment setup
  4. Prepare and acquire test data
  5. Contribute to test documentation creation/validation/update process (test cases, test plan, etc.)
  6. Review, analyse and assess project requirements and specifications to convert them into quality control process artefacts
  7. Review test artefacts developed by others
  8. Communicate with other Team Members
  9. Report Test Progress to Stakeholders
