The Impact of Principal Integrations Architect to Coupa:
As a Principal Integrations Architect at Coupa, you will collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in integrating technologies into the Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation domains, enabling our teams to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa effectively.
What You'll Do:
Lead customer expectations, collaborating with project managers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Engage with customer architecture and senior management on integration topics in both individual and team settings.
Design integration extraction and consumption methodologies in a multi-ERP environment.
Mentor and lead integration engineers to successfully deliver solutions, configuring and developing RESTful APIs and flat-file-based integrations.
Detect, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues, and design and build infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading from various sources.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale ERP integrations with platforms like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Netsuite.
Deep expertise in Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable), with added value in supply chain planning systems.
Proficient in integration technologies and protocols including sFTP, RESTful/SOAP APIs, Single Sign-On, EDI, and cXML.
Strong technical background with middleware tools (IBM, TIBCO, Boomi, Talend), programming (Ruby, Java, .NET), and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), plus solid web technology knowledge.
Skilled in working with both relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, alongside strong communication and project management abilities.
