    About SignNow team:

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 140+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution – SignNow.

SignNow empowers over 28 million people at companies across the world to move fast with everything they need to send and eSign their documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with SignNow.

And now, we are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

The person will join the SignNow Product Marketing team and take on the responsibility of building a dedicated lifecycle and retention marketing function, owning the customer journey from sign-up through activation, conversion, and long-term retention.

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the lifecycle roadmap from onboarding to win-back, ship the campaigns yourself, and prove their impact on retention and revenue, working directly with the Principal Product Marketing Manager on positioning and product strategy.

    What you'll be working on:
    • Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaign calendar end to end: strategy, briefing, execution, measurement, and iteration
    • Lead always-on and triggered campaigns across the full customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back
    • Build a deep understanding of customer segments (usage patterns, behavior, lifecycle stage) to personalize messaging, timing, and channel mix
    • Translate positioning and messaging into lifecycle campaigns tailored to each channel, segment, and journey stage
    • Partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data/Analytics, Support, and Customer Success to align lifecycle programs with business objectives
    • Test and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, including messaging, timing, channel, and segmentation logic, based on performance data
    • Report on lifecycle program performance (activation, conversion, retention, churn, LTV) and turn the results into a prioritized roadmap
    • Use AI tools as a deliberate part of your workflow for segment and cohort analysis, personalization at scale, campaign and copy variants, and journey mapping, with sound judgment on what needs human review
    What we expect from you:
    • Proven experience owning a lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaigns at a SaaS company
    • A product marketing background with a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and personas
    • Deep knowledge of customer segmentation and the levers that drive activation, conversion, and retention at each stage
    • A track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable revenue impact
    • Hands-on cross-channel execution across email, in-app messaging, and push/SMS
    • A data-driven approach and fluency with analytics tools and dashboards
    • Deep, structured use of AI for segmentation, personalization, and campaign development as part of your everyday work
    • Excellent written English: your copy stands on its own without a copywriter's rewrite
    What helps you rock:
    • Experience with a self-serve or product-led SaaS motion
