Job Description:
Pitney Bowes is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic growth within the Federal Sales segment of the SendTech Solutions division. This role is responsible for expanding our presence across federal agencies by delivering secure, complaint, and innovative mailing, shipping, and digital workflow solutions that support mission-critical operations.
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $175,000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as it relates to the job requirements and the location where you will be doing the job. This role is also eligible for an annual 19% bonus opportunity plan. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.
This role is remote anywhere in the United States. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B)
This position requires a federal procurement expert that can navigate complex acquisition environments and can build long-term relationships with senior government stakeholders. You will partner with the Federal Sales Team and other internal functional departments on developing business cases to support proposals for solutions that use the entire SendTech product and services portfolio. You will work collaboratively with Sales Representatives and key internal functional managers to devise effective offerings while ensuring that Pitney Bowes’ solutions will meet the customer’s expectations.
