    Summary

    As a Senior Analyst you will partner closely with product leaders and analytics teams to translate complex business requirements, dependencies and cross-functional data needs into clear deliverables for successful upstream readiness of clinical and customer initiatives. This position is suited for an early-career professional with foundational exposure to healthcare data and analytics concepts based on structured data environments, rules-based platforms in an Agile delivery environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with product, analytics, and technology stakeholders to support execution of clinical and customer initiatives

    • Assist in translating business objectives into structured requirements, dependencies, and execution artifacts

    • Support identification and tracking of upstream data needs, source systems, and readiness required for downstream analytic activities

    • Coordinate with engineering and data partners to maintain shared understanding of scope, timing, and dependencies

    • Maintain organized documentation supporting governance, traceability, and delivery readiness

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog organization, requirement clarification, and execution tracking

    • Prepare structured summaries, materials, and internal status updates for stakeholders

    • Operate effectively within a complex, matrixed healthcare environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years' of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis and technology product support

    • Understanding of healthcare data and analytics concepts

    • Intermediate experience with SQL and structured data environments

    • Experience with enterprise analytics, workflow coordination, data dependencies and rules-based platforms

    • Understanding of Agile & SDLC concepts in a delivery setting

    • Exposure to product, care management and/or healthcare engagement initiatives

    • Experience with requirement tracking


    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,000 - 113,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
