TL;DR: We’re looking for a Product Designer to turn complex AI safety workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day. You’ll own design end to end: evolve our Figma design system, improve existing screens, create new product flows, prototype interactions, and work closely with product, engineering, and research to ship quickly.

What you’ll do

• Evolve the Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with

• Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features

• Work directly with product, engineering, and research — fast iterations and full ownership

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems

• You’ve designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products

• You can create basic animations with any tools you prefer

• You use AI tools in your own workflow
