    Essential Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end patient operations across assigned clients, including patient access, scheduling, pre-registration, authorization, and customer service, while driving KPI improvement and leading remediation plans for performance risks.
    • Lead client and stakeholder relationships as the main point of accountability, guiding client discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing barriers to execution.
    • Turn analytics into action by conducting deep-dive performance analysis, identifying trends and root causes, and establishing clear daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring rhythms.
    • Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies and functions, with a focus on coaching, performance management, succession planning, and strengthening analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Drive process improvement and scalable delivery by standardizing reporting, implementing best practices, and developing repeatable frameworks in complex, matrixed, outsourced environments.

    Education Level
    Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

    Experience Level
    At least 5+ years of Operational experience with at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle and 2+ years of management experience.

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
