About the Role:
Drive new Enterprise growth in Indonesia by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities with universities, institutions, corporations, and government-linked organizations. This role will build a strong pipeline, open new customer relationships, and position Wiley’s Enterprise solutions for long-term growth.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and execute a focused growth plan for Enterprise sales in Indonesia.
Create, qualify, and advance new opportunities for Wiley’s Enterprise solutions, including digital collections, courseware, institutional content solutions, and selected AI-enabled offerings.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including university leaders, procurement stakeholders, faculty champions, and institutional partners.
Lead customer discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, customer success, finance, and leadership to win and launch new business.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, strong opportunity discipline, and reliable forecasting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and partnership models.
What we look for:
Strong pipeline creation and conversion.
New customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Growth in strategic Enterprise accounts and new market openings in Indonesia.
High-quality forecasting, disciplined execution, and strong internal collaboration.
Preferred profile
Proven success in B2B or Enterprise business development, ideally in education, EdTech, digital content, SaaS, or solution selling.
Strong commercial drive and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working across functions and markets.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s higher education or institutional landscape is preferred.
