    Primary Function of Position:

    Our digital solutions provide technology to enable easier capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data around diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, while also allowing for complete integration with electronic medical records (EMR) and picture archival and communications (PACS) systems.

    We are seeking a Project Manager to drive and support successful implementations of our solutions meeting the highest customer expectations. The Project Manager will serve as an interface between the customer and Intuitive’s implementation teams to schedule, coordinate and drive cross-functional implementation activities. The focus will primarily be on Italy and Spanish customer implementations but not exclusively.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for planning and on-time execution of Intuitive product implementations including, but not limited to Intuitive Hub, Intuitive Ion and SimNow
    • Coordinates the activities of customer and Intuitive’s project team members for new Hub and Ion installations, expansions and upgrades
    • Validates that customer and sales team pre-requisites are in place
    • Ensures that established implementation processes are followed, improved or developed where missing
    • Ensures quality systems and project documentation are completed
    • Provides clear and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders on project status, critical path, issues, potential areas of risk and next steps to anticipate
    • Supports customer’s clinical and IT teams to initiate, plan, schedule, implement, and close projects on time and on budget.
    • Assembles and organizes multi-functional project teams to establish scope, schedule, assign tasks, and track completion
    • Regular reporting to EU senior leadership on activities, project status and implementation forecast

     

    Develops robotic-assisted surgical systems and medical devices for minimally invasive care.
