Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Executive Interim Search team by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across healthcare provider roles. This is a non-client-facing, high-activity sourcing role focused on outbound engagement, relationship building, and talent identification.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting interim and retained search engagements by partnering closely with executive recruiters to identify, qualify, and nurture top-tier healthcare providers for placement.
We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Interim Executive Search team by building and managing high-quality pipelines of healthcare provider talent. This is a non-client-facing, high-activity sourcing role focused on outbound engagement, rapid candidate identification, and pipeline development.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting time-sensitive interim and retained search engagements by partnering closely with executive recruiters to identify, qualify, and deliver top-tier healthcare providers within aggressive timelines.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate with urgency, manage high-volume outreach, and deliver qualified candidates quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Build & Maintain High-Quality Pipelines
- Proactively source and engage healthcare providers across targeted clinical specialties (with a focus on acute care environments)
- Continuously develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active and upcoming search needs
- Build bench strength and identify backup candidates to ensure consistent coverage across searches
Execute High-Volume, Targeted Outreach
- Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to generate candidate interest
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture candidates and keep pipelines warm and actionable
- Balance multiple searches while quickly shifting priorities based on urgent business needs
Qualify & Develop Healthcare Talent
- Conduct career conversations with healthcare professionals, demonstrating strong understanding of clinical roles and healthcare terminology
- Assess candidate fit, availability, and alignment with search requirements
- Partner with executive recruiters to prepare candidates for presentation
Deliver Against Urgent Search Timelines
- Identify and present qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch
- Quickly identify replacement and backup candidates to mitigate risk and ensure continuity
- Source candidates in hard-to-fill specialties and less desirable geographic markets
Drive Data, Activity & Pipeline Insights
- Provide ongoing updates on pipeline health, market feedback, and sourcing activity
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate interactions in Jobscience/ATS
- Consistently hit activity and performance benchmarks (career calls, pipeline additions, candidate submissions)
Preferred Background
- Healthcare experience required, ideally supporting clinical or provider roles in acute care settings
- 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume, activity-driven roles
- Proven ability to manage high outreach volume while prioritizing shifting demands
- Experience working in KPI-driven environments (e.g., career calls, submittals, pipeline metrics)
- Strong proficiency across multiple platforms, including:
- ATS/CRM systems (Jobscience, Salesforce)
- LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools
- AI-driven sourcing or productivity tools (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with healthcare professionals

- High activity output with measurable results across outreach, candidate generation, and pipeline growth
- Strong partnership with executive recruiters to drive successful placements

Pay Rate
$22.75 - $27.00 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
