    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for supporting short-term and long-term workforce planning through data analysis, forecasting, and strategic business insights. The position partners with leaders across the organization to evaluate staffing needs, analyze workforce trends, and develop recommendations that support operational and financial objectives. The ideal candidate can transform complex data into meaningful insights, communicate findings effectively to senior leadership, and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze workforce, operational, and business data to support staffing and resource planning decisions.
    • Develop forecasts and models to assess current and future workforce needs based on business demand and organizational growth.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Partner with Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
    • Conduct research and analysis of multiple data sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights.
    • Support budgeting and financial planning activities by evaluating staffing requirements, forecasting costs, and providing recommendations.
    • Assess workforce impacts and planning requirements when onboarding new business groups, functions, or initiatives.
    • Collaborate with leaders to understand business objectives and align workforce plans with organizational goals.
    • Exercising independent judgment and discretion in significant matters, contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets to drive business decisions.
    • Ability to synthesize data and communicate findings through effective storytelling and executive-level presentations.
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, or related analytical disciplines.
    • Strong organizational and project planning capabilities.
    • Proficiency with Tableau and other reporting or business intelligence tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
    • Background in finance, budgeting, financial analysis, or related functions.
    • Experience presenting recommendations and business insights to senior leaders.
    • Experience partnering with Business Intelligence teams or developing advanced reporting solutions.

    Compensation

    Colorado Pay Range: $64,053.17 - $96,079.75

    Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
