    What You'll Do
  1. Record audio/video tasks that help train next-generation AI systems.
  2. Review requirements, then continue to partner onboarding.
  3. You will participate in audio/video recording tasks that may involve speaking, labeling, reviewing, or following on-screen instructions.
  4. Your submissions support the development and training of next-generation AI systems.
  5. We are collecting high-quality human data to improve how AI understands speech, behavior, communication, and real-world interactions.
  6. Follow task instructions carefully and record in a clear, accurate, and suitable environment.
    7. Requirements

    You must meet all of the following:

  7. 1080P Camera

  8. Phone or webcam with at least 1080p resolution (validated during onboarding).

  9. Eligible Language

  10. You speak the above mentioned language fluently (verified during onboarding).

  11. Government ID

  12. Valid government-issued ID for identity verification.

  13. Quiet Space

  14. Tasks completed in a quiet room; background noise may cause automatic audio failures.

  15. Even Lighting

  16. Face-on, natural light works well; avoid strong backlighting, shadows, or dark rooms.

    17. Compensation
  17. We offer a pay range of $6 - $18 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on the language, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from this listed range
  18. Pay is structured around an hourly rate and prorated by task length.
