Title: CPT-11644 Sleep Care Advisor (S0) Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – CPT-11644 Sleep Care Advisor (S0) Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are looking for a Sleep Care Advisor to engage prospective patients and help convert their interest into action.
This is primarily a sales role with a customer service component. You will communicate with prospective patients who have expressed interest in sleep apnea testing or treatment and guide them toward the appropriate next step, such as purchasing a diagnostic home sleep test or submitting an existing sleep study for medical review.
The role is fast-paced and conversion-driven. You will manage a high volume of leads through phone, email, and SMS while providing a positive patient experience. The team handles approximately 3,500–4,000 patient leads per month, making consistent follow-up, organization, urgency, and strong sales skills essential.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Sales and Lead Conversion
- Engage inbound leads through phone, email, and SMS.
- Convert prospective patients into completed sleep test purchases or submissions of existing sleep study results.
- Communicate the value of Daybreak’s sleep testing and treatment pathway.
- Address questions and objections and motivate patients to take the appropriate next step.
- Execute consistent outreach and follow-up strategies to minimize lead drop-off.
- Work toward established conversion goals and key performance indicators.
Pipeline Management
- Manage a high volume of patient leads and interactions in Salesforce.
- Prioritize outreach based on lead status, engagement, and likelihood of conversion.
- Consistently follow up with unresponsive leads to recover potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation while balancing productivity and patient experience.
Performance Management
- Track outreach activity, lead engagement, conversion rates, completion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Review results and adjust outreach strategies to improve performance.
- Take ownership of individual results and continuously improve based on feedback.
Patient Engagement
- Build trust with prospective patients through clear, empathetic, and confident communication.
- Guide patients through the steps required to move forward with their care.
- Identify barriers preventing patients from progressing and help resolve them.
- Escalate clinical or operational questions to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Clinical, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other internal teams to improve messaging, workflows, and conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead information in CRM and patient management systems.
- Share insights from patient conversations to help improve the overall patient journey and sales funnel.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer engagement, or another performance-driven role.
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on targets, conversions, and measurable results.\
- Confident communicating and selling through phone, email, and SMS.
- Strong ability to build rapport, communicate value, handle objections, and encourage prospects to take action.
- Persistent and comfortable conducting multiple follow-ups with leads.
- Able to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to follow-up and documentation.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and being accountable for performance goals.
- Comfortable using CRM and patient management systems.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Healthcare, inside sales, or direct-to-consumer sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
