    A Day in the Life

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sales Representative to drive growth within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) market. This role is responsible for selling across multiple product portfolios, including cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain solutions.

    The ideal candidate will serve as a central coordinator (“quarterback”) across product lines, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to meeting customer needs. This individual will collaborate closely with field sales partners and internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions and expand business within ASC accounts.

This role will require 25% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

             

             

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect current customer and new customer ASC's (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within assigned ASC accounts
    • Promote and sell products across Medtronic product portfolios including cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain portfolios
    • Partner closely with field sales representatives to support account strategies and customer engagement
    • Act as the primary remote point of contact for ASC customers, building strong, long-term relationships
    • Coordinate cross-portfolio sales efforts, aligning internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
    • Utilize CRM tools, analytics, and sales data to identify opportunities, track performance, and refine sales strategies
    • Conduct virtual presentations, product education sessions, and business reviews with customers
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the ASC market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and delivering responsive service
    • Expands product adoption and drives portfolio penetration within key customers
    • Enhances and evolves the remote sales model to scale efficiently across a broader base of ASC customer

     

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience in a relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
    • OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in a relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in a relevant sales, customer support, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Direct experience selling into Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
    • Experience in cardiovascular, medical-surgical, or spine/pain product categories
    • Proven success in remote, field, or inside sales roles
    • Strong understanding of the ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts through virtual engagement
    • Experience selling across multiple product lines or portfolios
    • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively across teams
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into actionable plans
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strategic thinking and execution with a Customer-centric mindset
    • Collaborative selling and cross-functional leadership
    • Data-driven decision making
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced, remote environment
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

    For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

    Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,500.00 - $62,500.00

     

    The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

    In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.

    The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
