The CRM Marketing Lead identifies and communicates initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to members. Performs multiple analytic functions, such as modeling data management or reporting solutions. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
The Pod Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the marketing pod, ensuring priorities are clear, work is effectively planned, and stakeholder commitments are delivered with consistency and quality. This highly visible role serves as the connector across strategy, analytics, business stakeholders, channel partners, and execution teams to ensure member journeys move efficiently from concept to launch.
Working in close partnership with the Communications Strategy Lead, the Pod Lead translates journey strategy into actionable plans and oversees execution within the Adobe Experience Platform. This role owns pod prioritization, sprint planning, delivery management, dependency resolution, and stakeholder communication while continuously identifying opportunities to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and speed-to-market.

Key Responsibilities
Pod Leadership & Delivery
Lead day-to-day pod operations, including prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery execution.
Drive accountability across pod members and stakeholders, ensuring commitments are clear, aligned, and delivered with quality and predictability.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain momentum toward sprint and business objectives.
Journey Execution & Optimization
Partner with the Communications Strategy Lead to translate journey strategies into prioritized roadmaps and executable plans.
Oversee the delivery and optimization of personalized, omni-channel member journeys across the marketing platform and key engagement channels.
Leverage platform capabilities, performance insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve member experiences and journey effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate across marketing, analytics, product, technology, channel, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery or business outcomes.
Drive cross-functional decision-making and provide clear, timely communication on priorities, progress, risks, and performance.
Serve as a visible pod leader by delivering live sprint reviews, journey demos, and stakeholder updates that communicate progress, showcase outcomes, and connect execution back to strategy and business goals.
Continuous Improvement & Team Effectiveness
Foster a high-performing pod culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability.
Drive improvements in delivery velocity, quality, predictability, and team effectiveness through strong operating practices and continuous process improvement.
Champion experimentation, innovation, and adoption of new platform capabilities to enhance pod performance and member outcomes.
