    About the Position

    As we plan for continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our high growth Global Consulting team. FrontierView’s consulting team works with our clients on projects across the key decisions and workflows of the world’s largest multinationals, with primary focus on strategic planning, market assessment, and commercial execution. Our clients span multiple industries, though our largest cohort is in the healthcare industry. This senior analyst’s work portfolio will mirror our commercial pipeline, and is likely to be geographically diverse.

As a result, Senior Analysts must operate not only as exceptional client leaders and problem solvers, but also as highly collaborative internal integrators who can effectively leverage the firm’s full intellectual capital, subject matter expertise, and research capabilities.

    Senior Analysts are meticulous, curious problem-solvers who form the foundation of an outstanding client experience. As an Analyst, you will be a key member of the global team and have an impact both on project and business outcomes.

    Our consulting practice is unique in that we are a small business unit embedded in a larger Research organization. Successful Analysts must forge relationships across the firm’s Research practices to ensure that all projects incorporate the very best existing learnings, editorial content, and key findings from our Research team.

    What To Expect In This Position

    Problem Solving & Innovation

  1. Accurately diagnose root issues underlying client challenges, even when inputs are unclear.
  2. Propose thoughtful, tailored solutions, occasionally improving upon standard methodologies.
  3. Actively contribute to team problem-solving sessions with innovative ideas.
  4. Research & Analysis

  5. Lead the development of interview guides and research outlines.
  6. Collect, structure, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data aligned with project hypotheses.
  7. Deliver clear, error-free outputs in notes, deliverables, and spreadsheets.
  8. Identify and manage appropriate vendors and escalate research needs when required.
  9. Data & Methodology

  10. Interpret complex datasets to identify "hidden" insights and implications.
  11. Contribute to non-standard project methodologies with strong analytical rigor.
  12. Communicate methodologies clearly and teach data skills to peers.
  13. Recommendations & Deliverables

  14. Produce well-supported, actionable client recommendations with clear "so what" messaging.
  15. Deliverables are polished, structured, and adhere to communication best practices (clarity, coherence, control, credibility).
  16. Industry & Methodology Expertise

  17. Demonstrate understanding of macro and micro trends across core industries.
  18. Apply and refine FV’s methodologies independently and suggest improvements.
  19. Client Engagement & Communication

  20. Lead parts of project check-ins, communicate proactively, and identify scope changes.
  21. Deliver content independently via phone, and assist in in-person workshops.
  22. Prepare and tailor high-quality materials for senior clients with minimal guidance.
  23. Proposal Development

  24. Collaborate on compelling proposals aligned to client needs and business value.
  25. Translate problem diagnosis into effective proposal narratives and vendor recommendations.
  26. Project Management & Team Collaboration

  27. Manage project timelines and anticipate planning risks.
  28. Practice effective upward management and escalate issues appropriately with solutions.
  29. Identify team inefficiencies and contribute to improvements.
  30. Development & Culture

  31. Lead or organize team trainings and support team development goals.
  32. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team culture.
  33. Promote accountability, engagement rules, and team cohesion.
  34. Qualifications

  35. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality client work.
  36. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  37. Demonstrated expertise in industry trends, research methodologies, and client engagement.
  38. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence others.
  39. What Sets You Apart
  40. 3+ years experience in consulting, advisory or market research
  41. Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree is preferred
  42. Academic coursework in business, international relations, economics, or statistics
  43. Fluency in other languages, aside from English
  44. Rigorous analytical mindset; strong quantitative experience
  45. Enthusiastic about the possibilities of growing a business
  46. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  47. Thrives in a demanding environment with competing deadlines
  48. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
