We currently have an exciting opportunity available to join us as a Service Delivery Automation Architect. This is a remote work, and candidates can be based anywhere in Brazil.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Automation Architect to identify design and enable automation solutions across enterprise Application Managed Services operations.
This role is embedded within Global Service Delivery Operations teams and focuses on improving efficiency, quality and consistency by introducing practical automation into day-to-day Service & Support delivery workflows, platforms and tools. This role works closely with regional delivery teams as well as global teams to align automation initiatives to common standards frameworks and reusable patterns.
The ideal candidate combines strong service delivery process knowledge, enterprise platform experience and automation design skills to turn operational challenges into scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with service delivery teams to identify automation opportunities within operational and support processes.
Analyze current delivery workflows and recommend automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency and lower operational risk.
Design scalable automation frameworks that integrate enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and ERP systems.
Define automation solution designs using appropriate technologies including workflow automation APIs scripting, AI, and RPA where applicable.
Lead automation backlog prioritization and roadmap definition.
Work with global teams to align automation initiatives to shared standards architectures and implementation patterns.
Support consolidation of automation efforts into a consistent global approach while still meeting regional delivery needs
Prioritize automation initiatives based on delivery impact feasibility and value
Provide architectural guidance and support to Service Delivery Automation Engineers during implementation.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable maintainable and suitable for reuse across multiple support processes and Product Lines.
Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems engineering or related field
8 or more years of experience in service delivery automation process improvement or enterprise systems architecture.
Strong experience analyzing service operations support or managed services workflows
Experience working with enterprise IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow
Working knowledge of automation approaches including workflow automation, APIs scripting, and RPA.
Ability to translate operational needs into clear practical automation solution designs
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both regional delivery teams and global stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Experience working in global service delivery or managed services organizations
Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, etc) and enterprise application environments
Experience aligning regional solutions to global standards or shared frameworks
Exposure to AI assisted automation use cases where they provide clear operational value
Experience working closely with automation or engineering implementation teams
