    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated and structured individual to join the Self-Service Product team as a Junior Delivery Manager. You will work directly alongside a Product Manager on a real product portfolio — this is hands-on work with real ownership from day one. This is the entry-level role that starts as a 3-month fixed-term contract; continuation is considered individually based on results.

    Responsibilities

    Delivery Support

  1. Track ticket status in Jira, flag blockers and outdated items;
  2. Maintain dependency notes and follow up on open action items;
  3. Help coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams.
  4. Communication & Meetings

  5. Prepare agendas and materials ahead of recurring meetings;
  6. Write meeting summaries and distribute action items;
  7. Draft weekly status updates for stakeholder channels.
  8. Documentation

  9. Keep Confluence pages current — process docs, decision logs, launch notes;
  10. Structure notes from syncs into reusable documentation.
  11. Research & Analysis

  12. Conduct ad-hoc research (competitors, market, user flows);
  13. Synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization.
  14. Insights & Feedback Loop

  15. Collect and structure feedback from team syncs and stakeholder discussions;
  16. Identify recurring themes and prepare input for product backlog and prioritization;
  17. Help track delivery metrics and flag friction points across the product workflow.
  18. Requirements
  19. Fluent English;
  20. Structured thinking and attention to detail;
  21. Ability to manage your own tasks independently.
  22. Nice to Have
  23. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
  24. Interest in gaming, digital products, or B2B SaaS;
  25. Any prior experience in coordination, support, or student project lead roles.
