This Senior Administrative Assistant II acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others - but not a supervisor. They will work autonomously within the established Nielsen procedures and practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritizing meetings based on strategic business goals.
Coordinate multi-timezone scheduling for internal teams and external clients.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Executive expense reporting
Provide administrative assistance to enhance organizational efficiency
Coordinate office activities
Coordinate In-Person Meetings and Even Logistics
Manage Department Distribution lists and Records
Support Department communications
Assist with meeting planning include key Nielsen Client Committees
