Job Description:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 10 years of experience in operations and/or account management
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and internal administrative software
Contributes towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function.
Builds, runs, reviews and improves processes and systems to ensure business objectives are met / surpassed.
Actions and implements various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement /measurement, automation etc.
Develops and proactively reviews and tunes the team structure to meet / exceed business objectives
Ensures current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market-oriented and enable the function to continuously climb the value chain.
Stays abreast of relevant competitor information and shares it with the corporate planning team and other teams as appropriate
Undertakes necessary preparation for client reviews or support the Functional head in preparation for client reviews.
Is proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations and promptly resolves and/or appropriately channels any escalations.
Leads or assists in developing proposals, requisite services or solutions to increase business from existing clients in conjunction with the account manager.
Maintains sustainable and trustworthy relations in the client organization
Develops and coaches team members

The annual salary range for this position is $82,500-$137,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
