As a Senior Product Designer at EverWell, you’ll lead end-to-end design across Timely / SalonBiz desktop and mobile products, creating intuitive, user-centred experiences that deliver real customer impact. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll solve complex problems, shape product direction, and drive high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on designer who thrives in ambiguity, advocates for great UX, and enjoys mentoring others while contributing to a strong collaborative design culture.
What you'll do.
Deliver world-class, user-centred design across complex SaaS products, creating intuitive experiences that solve meaningful customer problems.
Lead UX work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to design, validation, and measuring success.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams to deliver impactful outcomes and seamless cross-product experiences.
Conduct UX research, define success metrics, and use insights to inform design decisions.
Drive alignment through clear communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Mentor junior designers and champion best-practice design, creativity, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you'll bring
7+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design, from research and discovery through to delivery and measurement.
Strong UX capability across research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, analytics, and design systems.
Experience designing complex, multi-user experiences across responsive web and iOS platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and business levels.
Comfortable solving complex problems, navigating ambiguity, and working collaboratively in fast-paced agile environments.
Mentoring experience, growth mindset, and a collaborative, humble approach are highly valued.
