    Business Analyst Intern – Product & Technology

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our Product and Technology teams in driving data-driven decision-making, improving product capabilities, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role provides exposure to end-to-end product lifecycles, stakeholder engagement, and technology-led transformation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

    • Support product managers and technology teams in solution design and backlog prioritization.

    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.

    • Assist in creating business cases, process flows, and user stories.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track deliverables and ensure alignment.

    • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features or enhancements.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

    • Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Jira is a plus.

    • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
