Are you a portfolio accounting expert who thrives on improving how investment operations teams implement technology? Do you enjoy translating complex back-office workflows like reconciliation, reporting, and client management into scalable solutions that enable teams to deliver with confidence? Are you excited to partner across Product, Consulting, and Customer teams to drive consistent, high-quality implementations for a modern investment platform? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Field Services Enablement Specialist at Ridgeline, you will serve as a subject matter expert in investment operations workflows and play a critical role in bridging Product and Consulting. You will guide implementation teams, standardize delivery frameworks, and ensure that customer needs are reflected in product improvements and implementation methodologies. Your work will directly influence how customers adopt Ridgeline’s platform, helping accelerate implementations, improve scalability, and deliver consistent outcomes. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT—to improve documentation, enablement, and operational efficiency across services teams.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
