About the Role
We are expanding our Senior Leadership Team and looking for a proactive, highly adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, your primary mission is to empower our senior leaders to achieve their strategic goals and OKRs. You will work closely with a supportive, ego-free leadership team and an exceptionally collaborative EA group.
This is a remote position with up to 25% travel for executive offsites, leadership meetings, and team events. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments, value transparent communication, and excel at problem-solving, this role offers direct impact and clear paths for career growth.
What You'll Do
Executive Support & Strategic Operations
- Direct-level support to executive leadership, ensuring seamlessly managed calendars, shifting priorities, and complex logistics across multiple time zones.
- Partner closely with leadership during Senior Leadership Team meetings, contributing directly and maintaining visibility on key business initiatives.
- Serve as a central connector across departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate executive travel, prepare meeting agendas, and support the planning of team events and leadership onsites.
EA Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our close-knit 5-person EA team (Manager, Senior EA, EA, and Associate) to maintain operational consistency and shared coverage.
- Solve problems resourcefully by referencing internal documentation and leveraging team insights before escalating questions.
Who You Are
- Startup Experience: Background working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle changing requirements and pivot gracefully.
- Resourcefulness & Detail-Orientation: A proactive problem-solver who asks clarifying questions upfront and consults existing resources independently.
- Communication & Availability: High responsiveness for urgent requests and comfort navigating multi-timezone scheduling.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 25% for ELT onsites and corporate events.
Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
