This role is delivery focused with the Composites Part Family. The Senior Supplier Fulfillment Leader in an individual contributor that will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end fulfillment process with key suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials and components critical to GE Aerospace's operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supplier fulfillment plans aligned with GE's business objectives and operational needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, service level agreements, and performance targets.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, lead times, and cost, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical events, natural disasters, and supplier financial instability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and resolve supply chain issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier fulfillment processes, leveraging best practices, lean methodologies, and technology solutions.
- Manage supplier escalations and effectively resolve complex delivery and quality issues.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members on delivery processes and standard work, ensuring achievement of business training goals. This includes action plans where there are gaps on reporting within agreed IT system (AMT) and commit participation.
- Responsible for Military and Commercial Spares forecast and delinquency burn down plans for assigned suppliers
- Prepare and present regular reports on supplier performance, fulfillment metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant GE policies, procedures, and ethical standards in supplier interactions.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 25-50%, as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives experience or other relevant technical experience.

- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, logistics, and inventory management principles.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
The base pay range for this position is $116,000 - $155,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 15th, 2026.
