    We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Sword’s products. This is a senior role for someone who can think strategically, act fast, and deliver with impact.
    We’re hiring across Europe! This role is fully remote — you can work from anywhere within Europe.
    What you’ll be doing:
  1. Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution;
  2. Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) to rapidly ideate, build, and iterate on solutions;
  3. Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care;
  4. Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed of iteration with quality and impact;
  5. Champion a holistic, member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences across programs;
  6. Shipfast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way;
  7. Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners;
  8. What you need to have:
  9. Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience, of which 3+ in product management of consumer facing digital products, ideally in a B2C space, with a proven track record of shipping stellar products that drive business growth.
  10. Management experience: 2+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Sword directly manage Engineering, Design and Data)
  11. Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users (we don’t expect you to code).
  12. Bias for action: Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and validates assumptions early. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
  13. Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on metrics and results, with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention;
  14. User-first mindset: Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences.
  15. AI fluency: Practical understanding of how AI tools (not just chatGPT conversations) can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery.
  16. Data fluency: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in making data-informed, hypothesis-driven decisions.
  17. Company:  Sword Health

    Provides AI-driven physical therapy solutions designed to assist users in managing pain from home. The company focuses on musculoskeletal conditions and pelvic health, offering programs that promote recovery and injury prevention.
