Location: Remote, US - Ideal candidate will reside in FL
Job Overview:
Ready to lead a team that's reshaping literacy outcomes across the Southeast? Lexia is looking for a driven, relationship-first sales leader to take the reins as Regional Sales Manager — owning strategy, growth, and results across a fast-moving K-12 territory. You'll lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, coach them to consistently beat quota, and build the kind of trusted relationships with district and school leaders that turn one-time deals into long-term partnerships. This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role — it's a build-and-grow one: you'll shape regional strategy, dig into education policy trends before your competitors even notice them, and be hands-on in the field from prospecting through contract close. If you've got 10+ years of K-12 sales success, a passion for developing talent, and the drive to make literacy technology the centerpiece of classrooms across the Southeast, we want to talk to you.
